Fully Assembled Racking

This racking comes fully assembled on a pallet, with no assembly required on delivery, simply fit the racking to your van.

Please Note: Long wheel base will be partially assembled, the rear unit sides will require tapping due to the size of the pallet.

This includes van racking for both the passenger and driver's side of a Ford Transit Custom + plywood floor to fit inside the plastic tray

Van Racking Dimensions

• 3 units width 1020mm x External depth 377mm (internal Depth 300mm) x Height 1350mm
• 3 shelves built like H section for extra strength
• 3 Units 2 on the driver’s side 1 on passenger side
• Passenger side divided into 12 compartments of varying sizes
• Sheet timber will still fit in the van stood on it’s edge

With a three shelf system you have room for larger items to be on the shelves off the floor

Mortice and Tennon slot together racking

The Darracott Design racking kit you’ll receive will arrive fully assembled on a pallet. Installation in your van should take about half an hour all the fittings are included it is really simple to lift into the back of your Transit Custom for installation.

Plywood Floor

Fits inside the plastic tray shaped to fit perfectly can be glued down or screwed
